From South Dayton

Turn left onto the Needmore Road Exit from I-75 North. Continue on Needmore to Frederick Rd. Turn Right. Follow Frederick to the first stop light which is Philadelphia Drive (Peters Pike). Turn Left. Continue about 1/4 mile to our place at 6249 Philadelphia. It is a victorian carriage house with a blue picket fence surrounding the property located next to a victorian farmhouse with two front porches. Our sign is above the door of the house.

From North Dayton

I-75 South to the Needmore Exit. Turn right onto Needmore and follow the directions above.

From I-70

Take the Englewood Exit, Route 48, or North main for 2 miles. Turn Left i\onto Philadelphia Drive. Pass through a stop sign as going towards the airport. We are on the left in a carriage house with a blue picket fence surrounding the property.
