Reflexology is a holistic method which involves pressure of reflex points. These reflexes are found on the soles of the feet or palms of the hands. These points act as small "Mirrors" to all organs and functions of the body.

There is a vital energy or life force that circulates between the organs of the body permeating every living cell and tissue. If this energy becomes blocked, the part of the body relating to the blockage is affected. By using specific pressure techniques, these blockages can be detected through the presence of "gritty areas" often referred to as crystal deposits. These deposits occur in the part of the hand or feet that relates to the part of the body that is imbalanced. The crystalline structure is broken down and the energy blockages dissipated. Through stimulation of the circulatory and lymphatic systems, the toxins in the body are encouraged to release.

The body now has the ability to heal itself.

Charles is a 5th generation Reflexologist (Certified), Energy Worker and Healer, Teaching Reiki Master. He is a Certified Spiritual Healer and a Color and Light Therapist. Handed down from his ancestral grandfathers from India and Africa, Charles uses the unconditional healing vibrations of the universal/earth energy. He was taught that everything begins in the feet. This is where we greet Mother Earth energy and we must keep that important connection open. There are "little wires" that hook every part of the body to the feet. These wires represent the Meridians, nerve endings and energy systems that connect the head, feet and hands to the whole body. While working with the Meridians and energy systems, Charles also balances the chakras, incorporating hands-on healing, and energy points.
